MYCO uses chrononutrition science (nutrient timing) to deliver the functional mushrooms you need, at the times of day you need their effects the most. Our MYCO blends are organic, vegan, all natural and free from fillers, bulking agents, have zero added sugar and no caffeine.
As everyone is different, results may vary between individuals, however we would expect the beneficial effects of our MYCO blends to be felt after a few weeks, possibly even a few days!
MYCO Morning - Sometime in the morning and at the start of your day, shortly after waking up.
MYCO Night - Sometime in the evening when you are preparing for sleep and winding down for the evening.
Yes, our MYCO blends contain nothing but mushrooms and are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Our powders can be mixed into cold water, a smoothie or any food or drink of your choosing. We don't add sugar or sweeteners to our products to change the earthy taste of the mushrooms (which we enjoy!) but feel free to mix into anything you wish.
Take the missed dose straight away and continue with the normal dosing regimen.
Taking both powders at once is completely safe but isn’t optimal as the effects of the mushrooms are better suited to specific times of the day.
It is unlikely that MYCO will have any adverse effect when taken alongside medication or pharmaceuticals. However, it is important to remember that certain foods should be avoided when taking various types of prescription medication. Therefore we recommend seeking the advice of a Doctor or Pharmacist before taking MYCO.
