Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked delivery service and aim to be delivered in 2 - 3 working days. During periods of Royal Mail strikes, please be aware that delivery times may be impacted. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery during such times.

We ship to Canada, the USA, and Australia. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

We are unable to accept orders from residents living in other locations. In such cases, you will receive a message during checkout that we are unable to deliver to your chosen destination. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Shipping Charges:

Free delivery on all orders to locations in Great Britain (inc. Northern Ireland). Additional charges may apply for orders to the Channel Islands.

International Shipping Costs
Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable.
This applies in all cases, including orders that are returned, refused at delivery, or where refunds are issued for any reason. Refunds (when applicable) will cover the product cost only, excluding shipping charges.
