TRINITY Multi-Nutrient Formulas

- TRINITY is the first supplement that aims to avoid vitamin and mineral interactions that reduce absorption.

- TRINITY uses chrononutrition science (nutrient timing) to deliver nutrients at the most optimal time of day.

- Unlike many daily supplements, TRINITY contains nothing but nutrition inside a vegan friendly capsule shell (no nasty ingredients, binders, fillers or artificial preservatives!).

As everyone is different, results may vary between individuals. However we would expect the beneficial effects of the nutrients in TRINITY to be within a couple of week. Noticeable effects should be felt after the first 1-2 months.

- Morning capsule - Start of your day shortly after waking up, around breakfast.

- Day capsule - Midway through your working day, around lunch.

- Night capsule - Ideally half an hour before sleep.

Yes, all our ingredients including the capsule shell are vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Our capsules are instant release which makes them safe to be opened and taken orally or blended into any smoothie or drink.

You should take the missed capsule straight away and continue with the normal dosing regimen. Taking all capsules at once is completely safe but isn’t optimal for getting the most out of each ingredient, as this is not the most effective way to absorb all the nutrients.

It is unlikely that TRINITY will have any adverse effect when taken alongside medication or pharmaceuticals. However, it is important to remember that certain foods should be avoided when taking various types of prescription medication. Therefore we still recommend seeking the advice of a doctor or pharmacist before taking TRINITY.
