Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return by emailing support@arborvitamins.com.

Returns are straightforward. You may request a return if your product arrives damaged or faulty, or if you have changed your mind*.

*Please note that returns due to a change of mind are only accepted if the product is unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must have been purchased directly from arborvitamins.com

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email support@arborvitamins.com using the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. If you are returning an item valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@arborvitamins.com.

International shipping costs

Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable.

This applies in all cases, including:

  • returned orders

  • refused deliveries

  • refunded orders

Where refunds are issued, they will cover the product cost only, excluding shipping charges.
