Subscription, Pre-Order & Trial Purchases Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, pre-orders and any trial-style purchases work on the Arbor Vitamins website.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Arbor Vitamins, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product at the frequency you select (for example, every 30 days).
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you change or cancel your subscription.
Some subscriptions may continue until cancelled.
You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Refunds for subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and The Arbor Guarantee.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or is scheduled for future dispatch.
We may take full payment or a partial payment at checkout and store your payment method to charge any remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
Once a pre-order has been shipped, it is treated as a standard order and any refunds or returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy and The Arbor Guarantee.
Trial or Try-Before-You-Buy Purchases
If we offer any trial or try-before-you-buy products, we may authorise your payment method before shipping the item.
You will have a specified period of time to decide whether to keep the product. If the item is not returned within that time, your payment method will be charged in full.
Any returns or refunds for trial purchases are subject to our Returns Policy and The Arbor Guarantee.
